T&T: Power rating question

I have a Yanmar 4LHA-STP rated at 240hp at 3300RPMs.  This is not the continuous rating.  I honestly don't remember the time limit on this rating(maybe an hour) but I never run it up there anyway.  It is rated at 190hp continuous at 3100RPM.  So let's say I run it here.  190/240 is 80%.  SO would I be running the engine at 80% at max continuous or would you consider this running it at 100%?
