T&T: Digital Charts for Caribbean

The wife and I are planning a trip this fall from the Bahamas south
through the Leewards and the Windwards to Venezuela.  

We have Coastal Explorer and I love using that tool with the free
charts for the US provided by NOAA.

I know that the digital charts outside the US are typically not free
(and are quite expensive).  Does anyone have any recommendation of one
provider over the other?  Is there one place to get them all at once
for a discount?
