T&T: Vista vs Win XP for Navigation

If you visit Best Buy, Staples or Office Depot or go on the web to 
www.dell.com you might have the impression that the only operating system 
that is available is the new Windows Vista. But if you go to www.dell.com 
and choose small business you will find that you can get either operating 
system. Businesses are not embracing Vista and they have to continue to 
offer XP.

XP is on its second service pack and has become a very stable platform. You 
might want to think about what particular advantage Vista offers, that you 
want or need before you jump in.
