T&T: Air leak in Racors

That's what they do. Mostly they leak around the drain cock, and if they have
that goofy metal bowl you can't see it. They will also leak around the tee
handle and the big lid seal. The inlet o'ring is also a player as is the bowl
seal, just less likely. If I were you I would get at least 10 miles offshore
and throw that junk in the ocean, after have replaced it with a SeaPro 300 or
a couple of Davco 382's. Keeping in mind that a small air leak (just a bubble
or two) can accumalate in your engine filters and eventually shut you down. We
all know that bad things happen at the worst possible times.
