T&T: Bubbles in RACOR during fule xfer

Yesterday I was moving fuel from one tank to the other to trim the boat. I
used the fuel polishing system which has a RACOR filter in the path. I
noticed bubbles in the sight dome on the bottom of the filter. There is a
plastic cone, inverted, meaning pointy end up, and the bubbles were coming
from under the cone and rising up the side of the clear plastic sight dome.
There weren't a lot of bubbles, maybe one or two every 3 seconds or so.
I've never had any experience of fuel leaks, nor air in the fuel delivery to
the main, wing or genset that I know of. Since this is the fuel polishing
system (different routing than any of the other delivery systems) should the
presence of bubbles present a concern or not?
