T&T: Speedseal was water pump cover

Speed seal doesn't make a cover plate for my genset. I looked at my Yanmar
water pumps and they're easy to get at; don't need a speadseal.
My solution to impeller replacement is a synthesis of several T&T posts:
(1) get knurled nut machine screws for all pumps, (2) buy 2 long screws of
the appropriate size and cut the heads off and (3) pull two knurled screws
out and replace them with 1" headless screws and (4) pull the rest of the
knurled head screws and pull the plate and (5) replace impeller and reverse
the process. Should be able to do it blind. Not quite as quick as speadseal
but almost and cheaper.
Oh, and use life calk instead of paper on the genset. The Yanmars use
O-rings.
