T&T: 30 ft willard trawler: possible purchase

A couple of the people on the list asked for the details of the boat I am
considering.
It concerned me when I looked at the value on NADA and saw that it was so
low.
As a first time boat owner I guess I am needing reassurance that I am making
a wise purchase.
