T&T: 30 ft willard trawler: possible purchase

Hello all,
I'm new to the list.  Just found it when searching on google.
I am looking at a 1977 Willard Trawler in Bellingham, WA.
I would appreciate any feedback from this expert group:
* any cautions you would have about the purchase
* anyone with a boat for sale in this area?
* Value?  NADA value listed is much lower than the asking price
* Recommended insurance companies
* Anyone on the list has had problems with rot under fiberglass?
