T&T: Kudos to EarTec, NOT!

I hope that whoever started this chain copied Eartec with the original
message to the List.  I have no idea of the numbers on the List but it
sure isn't good PR and Eartec should be reminded of the damage that an
unthinking Customer Service Rep. can do.
