T&T: Debugging an electrical problem

possible  but there coudl be more to his problem.

I have measured 120 each H to N  AND  220 H to H either on genset or shore 
and my oven doens't work on genset even though when measured with meter the 
readings are indentical, thru out the system... off the genset, at the 
panel, at the stove plug.
