Hang on a sec!
The original report also stated the air conditiones worked okay both on
shore power and genset.
BUT  the stove only works well on genset not shore power.
Mention was also made of the indicator lights ( usually neon) not
illuminating.
NE2 are notorious for not igniting on low voltage.

So focus on what is different between air conditioning loading and stove
loading.
Is it voltage, current or conductor related?
Are the Air conditioning 120V or 240V?
How is load arranged in main breaker panel?
