T&T: St. Johns River, Florida

Hi guys and gals,

I've got some questions about the St. Johns River in
Florida -- I've got an older 40' Eagle Trawler I've been restoring for the
last year-and-a-half in Dahlgren, VA -- I'd like to move it (I think) to the
St. Johns River, as close to Orlando as I can get it, into a boat yard that
can pull it out of the water so I can continue to work on it. 

Anyone know
of an "old-boat friendly" marina / boat yard that might fit the bill? 

I've
talked to a few in Sanford, FL, and will go meet face to face next week when
I'm down there on travel. If anyone has additional suggestions, please contact
