Get Skipper Bob's two books: Anchorages on the ICW and Marinas on the ICW 
(I'm sure I'm not remembering their names exactly.) They're inexpensive, 
about $15 each.

There are so many nice anchorages between Annapolis and FL that you should 
never have to make a marina stop.
