T&T: Updating electronics - depth sounder

Garmin's sounder-only devices are called "Fishfinders".  Their
"Sounders" seem to all be "Map/Sounder" instruments, just to confuse
things.

West's 2006 catalog shows several Garmin Fishfinders, and these are
also shown on their (West's) website.
