T&T: Year round boating?

A boat in the water in the Annapolis area requires minimal protection. A 
mineral oil electric heater will prevent your having to winterize - 
especially this year. The only concern that I would have is my freshwater 
system freezing, so you could drain it. Who knows what next year will bring?

I did not winterize my sailboat or my Dyer 29 in real Winters off the Severn 
in Clements Creek.
