T&T: Drinking and boating

What I find interesting is that most people that fall in never can figure how to get out of the water when there are about 600 boats with boarding/swim platforms all at the swimmer's disposal.  You will se them trying to climb back up on the dock versus just going up a ladder onto a swim platform.
