T&T: Anchoring and anchor watch

There's another advantage to using a mobile phone as the alarm - when you
let the anchor go (usually on the bow), you press a key on the phone and it
records the exact position right then and there.  Because the phone is
small, it's with you.  No running back and forth.

I'm beginning to think that I've got to get this software complete so others
can try it.
