T&T: Anchor alarms (was coll regs)

My anchor alarm is named "Cindy".

My wife just doesn't sleep well when it is dark and stormy.  Always been that
way and always will.  Therefore, I get a good night's sleep knowing that she
is going to be up anyway.  No point in both of us being miserable!

My anchor alarm is the most expensive accessory on the boat.....and the most
fun.
