T&T: Propane Grill

I have a grill on my boat that uses 1 lb disposable propane 
bottles.  I have lost the  seal in the female fitting the screws onto 
the propane bottle.  My assumption is that because the male fitting 
on the propane bottles are a standard size, then the seals must be 
standard as well.  Any idea where I might find a seal?  Without a 
seal the gas regulator leaks.
