Radar proximity/intrusion zone?  
I'm asking.
The radar can be set to a standby status so that it only scans every ?? 
time interval, so it's not hogging power all night (I think). This is 
still on my learning curve, but I know my Raymarine will send any of the 
alarms to the alarm port on the interface after 30 seconds.

Since I've just added a master cabin annunciator to my Raymarine 
interface box this winter. I'll be learning the fine points of setting 
an anchor alarm on Maerin. The admiral will hear it & wake me up. Should 
be fun.
