T&T: Anchoring and coll regs

Jeff, I too use an anchor alarm, so you're not the only one.  I often forget
to set the anchor position as I'm letting the anchor out.  Therefore, I'm
plaqued with either setting the alarm such that movement associeted with a
tidal current change triggers an alarm or I allow for a fair amount of
movement before the alarm triggers.

 A feature I wish chartplotters had was
an anchor alarm position setting feature, whereby I could say the anchor was
"x" feet in front of the boat.  If equipped with a rate compass or the like,
this should be an easy feature to support.  I suppose I could just remember to
sett the anchor alarm before I back down on the anchor.
