T&T: Anchoring and coll regs

We generally anchor early and have a few hours before lights out to get
comfortable with our situation. We anchor in protected areas outside channels
and use the anchor light. We've gotten more conscientious about backing down
to make sure we are set well. We sleep in the v-berth, and the sound of waves
on the hull serves as kind of an alarm. When the rhythm or sound changes, I'm
up and looking. It's not practical, nor necessary in our typical
circumstances, to maintain a watch, but we are quick to stay up when it's
warranted.
