T&T: Avoid Unnessary Boardings

My husband and I are both VSC examiners with the United States Power Squadron
and no examiner will ever award the VSC decal if all criteria are not met.  We
are all about boating safety so to "pass" an unsafe boat would be a disservice
to everyone, particularly that boat owner.  I don't know why you've formed
this opinion, Mr. Gademer, but that is totally averse to the standards of the
USPS.
