Paralleling two 120V 30A outlets into a single 120V 50A inlet would be
extremely hazardous and SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED!!! Adjacent 30 amp
outlets are almost certain to be on different phases, so attempting to
parallel them would result in a short circuit. (I haven't looked for
50 amp outlets of any flavour, but I expect that a 120v 50A outlet is
rare - most will be 120/240V.)

Well, the 30 Amp outlets should be protected by 30 amp circuit
breakers in the marina, so there should be no concern about overloading
your 30 amp power cords. However, since your boat expects to be able
to draw 50 amps from each hot wire in the 120/240V 50A service, you
will have to be careful about how much power you use - otherwise you
may trip the marina's circuit breakers.
