T&T: On-Line Basic Boating Course?

Although I'm 100% in favor of boatting education , although mostly I don't 
know if it will make any practical difference. I find it amusing that after 
holding a 50 ton liscnse for 15+ years I'll need to get a N.J. state liscnse 
despite activlly running the boats for this whole time frame. I'll need to 
appear in person and show my liscnse as well as identifaction. Go figure.
