T&T: 12 " RCA 12V LCD TV with DVD for my boat

I will probably catch it for this post, but I am brave and have thick 
skin...and I know this list has the knowledge I need to solve my problem.

I recently purchased this unit slightly used and a flip down mount for my 
little boat.  It is perfect for my boat size and has a great picture.
I have it in my house now and have been using it to be sure it works well 
before mounting it on the boat.  It has a cooling fan that comes on after a 
while and it had a "wine" that was irritating to listen to.  I went to Radio 
Shock and found a replacement http://tinyurl.com/2hqzfq and installed 
it...now it has a whirrr.
Is there such thing as a super quiet mini fan...I think it is the same as a 
laptop fan.

Electronically challenged and impervious to flame replies.
