T&T: ABYC: fuel filter fire rating

FWIW our boat had two Racor 500s on it when we bought it, one for the
generator and one for the fuel transfer system.  We've had two or three
surveys on the boat over the last eight years and none of the surveyors,
who were all very picky, wrote them up.  We've since added two more for
the engines, replacing the old Fram twin-filter setups. We'll see what
happens on the next survey.......
