anchored in Cumberland Island saw a Red Nortic Tug 34 run upon the jetty at  
the entrance to Jeckel River the * ft. tide was going out  Coast Guard,  
Police ,Sea Tow and finally two hours later Towboat US.  I think they will  have to 
wait until the next high tide to get him off.  They had towboat us  take them 
to the marina while the poor boat sat high and dry on the rock  jetty.
