The original Boss Boat company which had morphed from the Jolly Boat company 
was sold about two years to another boat building company in Clearwater FL. 
The new owners have gone the distance and honored warranty repairs and 
modifications beyond that which I expected.

My 12 ft Boss Boat was overturned and severely damaged by a malfunctioning 
dinghy lift.  The factory made satisfactory repairs at a reasonable price 
and handled certain warranty issues fairly.
