About 1/3 of the way down the page, is MINUTE 4.
Examine the last 2 pictures and the first one in minute 5.

We have talked about Standing waves. Well this is pretty good and it may 
be some time before we get any better. You can't see it in the still 
clips but the waves that humped are nearly stopped, like they say, 
"standing".

Notice that the wave is breaking on it's BACK side. There is so much 
energy in the water and no where for it to go. Some of it has actually 
been REFLECTED from the beach, simply because the beach is almost a wall 
compared to the wave length.

If you ever get to see the Oregon State University Tsunami tank in 
action, one of the weaknesses in it is that fact that it doesn't produce 
  this kind of reflective process.  Lot's to learn.
