Your friend has failed to avail himself of the cost savings program offered 
by Fawcett. All you do is register and you then receive significant 
discounts from marked prices. The man is plumbing is a former plumber and 
can sort out any connection dilemma.

In the past, their prices for register customers were always lower than 
West. They do counter-shop West, so  if West keeps raising their prices 
.....

They give the quality and service of Tiffany - not the prices. I'm just a 
satisfied former local customer. They are not receptive to returns older 
than 30 days.
