T&T: Keep those drains clear!

Wrote about this awhile back. Need to check and clean the little drains on 
both the lazarette hatch and forward deck hatch gutters, at least on the 
Krogen 42. I have this on my maintenance list to do monthly. My guys just 
got through compounding and waxing the boat, and WOW! Although they washed 
all the gunk off, lots of compound found it's way into these gutters and the 
small drains. They were also clogged with the "fuzz" from the polishing 
bonnets. Good thing I checked and cleared before any heavy rains came. A 
couple of the drains from the upper deck also were clogged with this mix. Be 
sure to check and clean these, especially after a compounding session. 
Remember, if these drains clog up, your forward berth is going to get 
soaked, and lots of water is getting in the lazarette and storage locker 
forward.
