David,

I used to get seasick all the time - it's the worst! Worst than any hangover or any flu. And once you have it it doesn't go away till you reach calm water . Dramamine would make me sleepy and also, I had to remember to take it before we left the dock. My husband bought me a wristband at West Marine (on sale for $99.00 several years ago). It uses gel and little electrical shocks. You can adjust the strength of the "shocks" as needed. It works great!

One day we headed out in calm seas and as we cruised along the seas picked up and I started getting that feeling. I decided to try my new wrist band. Almost immediately the feeling went away and I was fine in 5 ft seas for hours. I have used it several time in the past and it really does work great. I highly recommend this wristband to everyone that tells me they get seasick. I haven't needed it in a couple years but still keep it handy just in case!
