Sounds like the high temp switch is keeping the circulating fan on
after you turn the unit off so that it will cool down properly. When
you turn of the CB, the overtemp switch may be kicking in because
there is no longer any air cooling it; and, therefore, preventing the
unit from starting until you reset it. Don't really know, just pure
conjecture, but something you can check out.
