I seriously doubt if you'll find ANY with the requisite marine ratings.

I asked the Rinnai rep about tankless for marine use. "Oh no, we don't 
have anything at all for marine use." Evidently the hoops they need to 
jump through are not at all cost effective. I think if you use one, 
you're on your own. I suppose it could be made safe, but if there were 
ever an incident, I believe the insurance carrier would bail fast enough 
to make your head spin. I sounds like a great idea, but sure is a lot 
that could go horribly wrong.
