T&T: Mani-cooler for Perkins T6354.4

Thanks Kevin but I think the cooler you are referring to is sometimes called 
the Multi-Cooler as it is the cooler for the charge air, oil, and 
transmission fluid.  The Mani-Cooler is a combination of manifolds and 
engine heat exchanger.
