T&T: Converting my Running/Anchor Lights to LED...can it be done cheaply?

The Celestial has 4 LEDs that blink, depending upon what is 
happening. One indicates that the system is turned on. It blinks 
constantly - and has been ever since I installed the system. The 
others blink more randomly, indicating the status of the system. They 
are rated for over 10,000,000 cycles, if I recall correctly.
