T&T: 12v Halogen vs Xenon

Greetings,
I replaced all the 12volt incandescent bulbs, inside and outside, with
Xenon's. This has been about two years ago. They are bright but they are hot
to the touch. Be sure when you replace them not to touch the bulb. The oil
on your skin will shorten the life. I also retrofitted the original round
dome style light fixtures inside the boat with a new socket that accepts the
Xenon's. I posted some pic's of the modifications on the old PMM board. No
problems with charging etc.
Good luck!
Ken
