There was some discussion about Flash lights recently so I thought I would
publish this link to a site where you can do a little research on them.
Unfortunately the individual that put it up has decided not to continue his
reviews and with the speed at which technology is changing it will soon be
out of date put it is still recent enough to be helpful.
