Workbook development update...

I have received data from several people.  Haven't seen any data for
multiple engines and gensets, though.  I think I have worked the bugs out
but I am going to send a revised workbook back to those who have provided
data - with their data loaded - and ask them to review and comment before
posting a new version.

Hang in there, folks.  Hope to wrap this up soon.
