T&T: Matson Kauai Incident

'scuse me Peter, doesn't the photo show the SS Kauai to have a front 
house, with the bridge oh-so-many feet above the bow and all the 
containers behind.  That little detail aside, it is even more impressive 
with a front house and the pilot house so far forward and so high, to 
get solid water that high with enough force to smash and flood as 
described.  Lord I'm glad I wasn't there!

If you take a look at the photo of the ship you have to wonder how a wave ever
even got to the wheelhouse. Wouldn't all the containers dissipate the wave
energy?
