And another thing and it is the big one for us.......
  We have come to realize that we will never be without a boat.  SO it is really a question of boat AND house versus just boat!!!!  As you can imagine, the savings would be phenominal.
   
  If it is boat versus house, a house cost more but not as much as one might think.
