May I suggest that you contact American Marine Diesel Bob Smith or his son  
and get a reproduction of the Lehmann manual which includes the 80 HP model.  
Most if not all are the answer to your questions. Another source is the MTOA  
(marine trawlers Owners association) which for many years have great advice on  
trawlers that are equipped with Lehmann engines. Furthur if you have 
specifics  post them on this list and surely you will get an answer. Regards. Leonard
