 Thanks Rich! It is truly nice to read a rational 
description of the concept of an abandoned vessel.

 Let us all hope the Judge hearing any claim 
against the survivor of the deceased makes sure to 
get full reimbursement to said survivor for all 
legal costs incurred while fighting any absurd 
claim of "salvage" of a vessel securely anchored 
in a safe area!
