T&T: Alternator Charging

Thanks to all that have responded. A few more facts that should have been  in 
my original post.
 
1. Less than 2 year old Lifeline AGM 4 D's. Two for engine, two for house.  
Gen has it's own AGM 27 and thruster has it's own AGM 8D.
2. Volt meter on breaker panel, not helm, shows 13+ volts, engine off and  
shore power charger off for all batteries. No difference turning shore power  
charger on and off.
3. Engine has 1900 hours and the problem just started. Usually the helm  
reads 13.8 underway.
 
I am more and more suspecting the alternator.
