T&T: A solution: USCG naming requirements

I just invented the electronic scrolling LED name marquee. It goes  
all the way around your boat, various colors, you choose the speed  
and direction of rotation, but everyone within a half mile will know  
who you are. ;-)

report, the gentleman from the boat right in front of us came over to  
warn us. You should have seen his wife's face when I said, "Yes, I  
just read about you on the internet." I did, though, just in case,
