T&T: American Diesel

I have been trying to contact American Diesel to order some air filter
"foam" wrap around elements for my Lehman 135's.  I am calling
1-804-435-3107, and have gotten busy signals for a week now.  Anyone know is
the number changed, or, where can I get these parts.

The reason I am ordering these parts is that the current ones are oil
soaked.  It seems there is a small amount of oil being sucked from the
fitting on the valve cover connected by a hose to the air filter.  Is this
normal?  If not, what is the cure?
