For those that want to join yet another emailing list, one that will send 
you info, in text form, about tropical depressions as they progress into 
hurricanes, go to http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/signup.shtml. Not as pretty as 
what many websites will do for you, but great if your internet bandwidth is 
limited.

I clipped, trimmed and inserted a sample of the latest announcement for TS 
Dean.
