T&T: Anchors

I'm shopping for a new anchor for Huckleberry, KK42. I have researched Rocna
and Super Max. I am leaning toward the Super Max adjustable for a few
reasons (price for one but not the only). I am curious what others are using
in the PNW where there is a variety of bottoms and conditions. Also, what
weight and chain size (all chain rode) is appropriate for the Super Max
adjustable; maker suggests 50# which seems light for 40,000# boat. I have
about 200 ft of 5/16 chain. Do I need more and/or heavier?

Thanks,

John
