T&T: Boat sale in the crapper

This is by far the most common misconception about listing your boat with a broker.  They could literally give a rat's behind about the condition of your boat.  You would think that if someone was coming down to take a look, they would at least make it presentable.....NOPE!  that is your responsibility as the owner...not his.  I still think there is a HUGE market for decent respectable boat brokers....because not many exist.
